"We cant have our quote due to the fact that some people like to oppress other people's feelin's"
Evil Empire began back in the Myth 1 days with a couple of guys that
wanted to join an order but nobody would except them. So they banded
together to form a underclass order that nobody didnt know to much
about. We had a few people come and go through our ranks and then
disbanded after about 3 months. With the coming of Myth 2 we figured
that this would be an appropriate time to bring back the order with all
the new order support bungie was providing. So Evil Empire was then
reinstated 12/29/99. We had 1 celestial once for about 10 mins back in
early Febuaury and we made it to the Playoffs of Major League Myth. Were
currently playing Culleden hill tourney and are undefeated. Other then
that we havent really played in anyother tournaments. Light
maps is our specialty but we are very competive on dark maps to. We are
very competitive and like to talk smack but we play fair and frown upon
any sort of cheating.
30 people have bet on Evil Empire to finish in the top ten teams of MWC99. (average place ranked from 1st - 10th: 6.3)
MWC99 Threat Assessment: Evil Empire are reasonably well known in the Myth community since
Rolling Rock started hosting tournaments (the Forge, and a new FFA
tournament I believe). However, although they're hardly an 'underclass
order' their name isn't one that strikes fear into the hearts of
men. This may change after MWC99...
QR Week 1: Evil Empire show that their tactical skills pass muster by defeating the somewhat aimless Vae Victus handily. Shame about the last game, marred by a total lack of communication and rather amusing recriminations.
QR Week 2: Against the Knights of the Red Order, Evil Empire again rely heavily on micromanagement and tactical skills at the expense of their overall strategy. It pays off, simply because they are good at what they do, and their threat rating is upgraded to three trow. They also manage to pull off a win against the Trolloc Horde, who don't ever seem to be a real threat.
QR Week 3: Entity's tactics tend towards the same kind of iron-fist strikes that Evil Empire favor, but EE are simply better at them and work together to secure an outnumbered victory. And to round off a nice qualifying round they take down the Men of Rohan with ease, their standard brute-force strategies meeting with a lot of success.
DE Round 2: Evil Empire only field two players against MoR and just don't have the manpower to even come close to a win. Relegated to the Bottom Bracket.
