"If you're not Evil, you can't win."
We are the ~Evilmen~, we were started a long time ago... We are a
multi-game clan. Recently, we have played, EverQuest, Myth:TFL, Doom2 & Diablo &
Hexen2 (on a LAN), Quake & Quake2, StarSeige Tribes, and Star Craft.
We have never been in an Order tournament, except one, & I think we were
randmly disqualified since we our opposing team never was willing to meet
with us, and never replied to our e-mails... (random disorganization)
7 people have bet on Evilmen to finish in the top ten teams of MWC99. (average place ranked from 1st - 10th: 6.0)
MWC99 Threat Assessment: The MWC99 staff hasn't played with the Evilmen enough to form a strong opinion.
They seem to be fairly cohesive which will help them in tournament play, but
with little tournament experience they aren't considered likely candidates
to take home the Cup.
QR Week 1: The Evilmen demonstrate a good helping of tactical sense and the ability to win a stand-up fight, but their strategies aren't as refined as they could be and they may suffer for it later on in the MWC. For now, though, they seem likely to advance.
QR Week 2: Against Snap, Krackle, Die! the Evilmen's brute-force strategies crash against a wall of combined arms and fall twitching to the floor. The same thing happens (although not quite as impressively) against Random Oblivion. They've got the tactical smarts, they just need a Plan.
DE Round 1: The Evilmen just can't face the Yell Cannon, wielded by the fearsome Sabre Rummers. Facing an order whose tactical ability matches theirs, their strategic shortcomings are woefully apparent and they are relegated to the Bottom Bracket.
