 The Harajuku Drinkers came into being over Guinness and good Irish
food at Bewley's Cafe in Harajuku, Tokyo, in December 1998.
ZeroFighter and Achilles had met online playing Myth The Fallen
Lords,and together with MASH, Magic and Shiden Kai,they decided
to meet up for real, as they all live in Tokyo or nearby Yokohama.
This was weird at first. But it turned out to be a good laugh, and they all
got on very well together.
Since then HD has expanded to include many more MythII, Soulblighter
players.
The Tokyo/Yokohama based HD meet in Harajuku about once every six weeks.

MWC99 Threat Assessment: Multi-lingual and multi-national, we haven't played at all with the
Harajuku Drinkers, so we're unable to evaluate their threat very well
at all.
QR Week 1: The Harajuku Drinkers don't demonstrate very good coordination in their efforts against the David Eddings Order, but they are quick to take advantage of their opponent's carelessness to slip pigs in and win the last game.
QR Week 2: The Harajuku Drinkers try hard to take down the Wolfpack, but a nice steal in the Flag Rally isn't quite enough to make up for their tactical mistakes in the first and last games.
QR Week 3: When their strategies are sound, HD can pull off the win nicely and they show this against the High Plains Drifta's, eliminating them from contention. However, a questionable Flag Rally strategy lets HPD come away with at least some pride intact. Threat rating upgraded to two trow.
