 What intrigues me about myth is the combination of tactics and reflexes
that are needed to succeed. A deficiency in either area can lead to defeat,
and thus great players are more than just hyperactive teenagers with Attention
Deficit Disorder as may be the case in some shooter games. The ebb and
flow of
battle, the pre-planning required to move units in a coordinated assault, all
of these elements come together to make gameplay as interesting as a good
movie, an engrossing book, or a heated arguement. This being said, I make no
claims to being a great myth player, but I hope that I am at least a good
player. This represents the first tournament I have become involved in, and
I'm looking forward to some challenging games, good comradery, and fancy
moves. See you on the field!!!
