[6:00 AM] Font Utility Adds Ability To View Fonts Outside Of Font Folder

Vincent's Software has released an update to FontBuddy. FontBuddy is a handy utility that allows users to view fonts from within a browser. The new version ads a new feature and some bug fixes. According to Vincent's Software:

FontBuddy is a font viewer. It shows all characters of any installed font. It also gives keystroke(s) to access special characters. It can print font samples and font index. It is easy to use, optimized for screen use, and MacOS 8.6 savvy.

New in this version

  • A Font Browser to explore fonts outside the Fonts folder.
  • Several other improvements and bug fixes.

System Requirements

FontBuddy 1.9 requires a Power Macintosh with MacOS 8.0 or later.

You can find more information on the product at the company's web site. The update is free to registered users while the full version is priced at US$20.
