[3:30 PM] Change Skins On Your Calculator With Updated BetterCalc by Staff The Mac has come with a calculator app for years. That app, while functional, is remarkably ugly and not very full featured. Enter MacZ's BetterCalc which the company has updated to version 3.0. The new version includes the ability to add and change skins as well as other new features. According to MacZ: MacZ Software has released BetterCalc 3.0, a shareware calculator which uses the "real" mathematical order of operation. It has three modes; advanced, basic, and display only. In advanced mode, BetterCalc displays everything you type as you type it, and updates the total constantly. Basic mode is just like a regular calculator, and the display only mode shows you only the total. In addition to basic and display only modes, other new features in version 3.0 include skin support, and the ability to change both button and display fonts. There are seven skins in the package, but you can also make your own skins for BetterCalc. You can find more information and download links at the company's web site.
