[4:40 PM] Manic Minefield Optimized For Faster Performance by Staff What is about Minesweeper that captivates all who play it? Addictive Interactive has updated Manic Minefields, their Mac version of this classic game. The new version includes bug fixes and performance optimization. According to Addictive Interactive: Manic Minefields is really 10 (!) different minesweeper games in one program, each with its own unique set of graphics, sounds, special rules, game plots and hiscore tables. New in version 1.3.2: One bug has been fixed ('Caps Lock' caused some problems). The program has been optimized to run faster. In the unregistered version you only get to play 2 of the 10 games, but that's more than you get in the registered version of any other minesweeper game on the market. REQUIREMENTS Computer: A MacOS compatible computer with a PowerPC processor. Colors: Thousands (15bits) or millions (24bits).
