[2:00 PM] MACWORLD Expo - Intensor Gaming Chairs Boost Sales for Imeron by Staff It seems sales of the Intensor LX gaming chair from Imeron have far exceeded expectations. Today at MACWORLD Expo SF, Imeron announced that the high intensity gaming chair has tripled expected sales. Sales figures on such items are one of the strongest indicators of the growing strength of the Mac gaming market. According to Imeron: Imeron today announced that sales of their Intensor LX sensory entertainment chairs have far exceeded expectations. When the chair was released in September, sales began strong and continued to be brisk through the holiday season, tripling sales forecasts. The LX is currently available at nationwide retail outlets, including Comp USA, J&R Music World, Fry's Electronics, Sam's Clubs, and Costco, as well as online at www.intensor.com. "Because this was an entirely new and unique product to the marketplace, when we launched the LX we were conservative in terms of sales predictions," according to Bill Beres, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Imeron.
