Apple is trading at over 113 in after hours trading at Island. Island is one of the online trading services that offers after hour trading. That after hour trading is often indicative of what will happen when the markets reopen. As of this writing, Apple is trading at 113 1/8 on news of Apple's 1st quarter results. You can check Apple's current price at Island's web site.

Note that prices at Island do not represent "official" pricing with the Nasdaq and that Apple will start the morning's trading session where it left off from today's trading. Apple closed at 106 9/16.

The Mac Observer Spin: Wall Street should react very favorably to Apple's announcements today, though perhaps not quite as favorably as Island traders are reacting. Tomorrow should be an interesting day for Apple stock holders.
