[1:00 PM] Update Finder Update Updates What It Finds
by Staff

Voget Selbach Enterprises (VSE) has released an updated to their Mac software version finder, VSE Update Finder. Version 2.0 allows users to have any mounted disk scanned for applications, and VSE Update Finder will notify the user if a newer version is available. According to VSE:

VSE Update Finder finds any application on a hard disk and allows the user to find the latest version of any application with an easy to use interface.

With VSE Update Finder, Mac users always have the latest version of their software.

NEW IN VSE UPDATE FINDER 2.0

The new version now supports all volumes, which are mounted in the Finder (and not only the boot volume). It also fixes the problem that prevented Update Finder from building the application list on some Macs.

Furthermore, AppleUpdate.com has been added to the list of searchable databases. VSE Update Finder now supports 15 databases on the Internet.

VSE Update Finder is free. You can find more information at the VSE web site.
