[4:30 PM] Apple Moves To Number 3 Computer Manufacturer Web Site by Staff PC Data released information on the top web sites for the week ending 1/22/00 (last Saturday). Our favorite computer company from Cupertino, Ca. fared quite well in the Top Hardware Sites category. Apple came in at #3 according to PC Data, bested only by Gateway and HP. Apple's strong finish can certainly be attributed to their site redesign and the recent launch of iTools. The Top 10 consists of mostly manufacturers, with little retail representation.
