[12:00 PM] SoundJam Uses Toast To Automate CD Making Process
by Staff

Casady & Greene has announced that their wildly popular MP3 player/encoder, SoundJam MP Plus 2.1.1, now plays friendly with Adaptec's Toast to simplify the process of making audio CD's. Using SoundJam MP Plus and Toast, users are two simple steps away from turning their favorite MP3's into CD playable format. According to Casady & Greene:

Casady & Greene, Inc. is pleased to announce that their premier, all-in-one, MP3 player and encoder, SoundJam MP Plus v2.1.1, now features a simple two-step procedure which allows you to burn audio CDs directly from SoundJam, using Adaptec's Toast (TM) software v4.1 or later. SoundJam MP Plus is the first Macintosh MP3 player/encoder to have this capability.

The physical product includes a CD of 100+ MP3 songs from MP3.com and a six-foot stereo cable to convert your computer into a jukebox when connected to your home stereo system.

SoundJam MP Plus is available as an electronic download for US$39.95, and on CD for US$49.95. You can find more information at the SoundJam web site.
