Mulligan Software has updated there searchable, interactive Rules of Golf application to include the 2000-2001 rule changes. The licensed USGA rules program allows users to search and clarify rules, in order to keep the gentlemen's game, well, gentle. According to Mulligan Software:
Mulligan Software has released a free updater for its Rules of Golf Apple Guide for the Macintosh to conform to the newly revised 2000-2001 Rules of Golf published by the United States Golf Association.
The updater, available only from Mulligan Software, updates any previously installed version of The Rules of Golf Guide to the new version 1.1. The free update is provided to previous purchasers of the Rules of Golf Guide or those who installed the Guide from the Mulligan's Golf Personal stats and handicapping application CD.
The Rules of Golf Guide is a complete indexed, cross-referenced and searchable version of the 2000-2001 Rules of Golf, licensed and approved by the USGA, which is implemented as a Guide, appearing in the Help or Guide menu on any Macintosh with Apple Guide installed. The Rules of Golf Apple Guide for the Macintosh is available only as an electronic download from Mulligan Software or selected merchants of electronically downloadable software.
