Newer announced today that they will be entering into an equity partnership with the manufacturing company. According to Newer: Tri-M has been building quality Newer Technology products for the last six months and has decided to make an additional substantial investment in Newer Technology, Inc. Gerald Minjoot, managing director, Tri-M stated, "Tri-M is delighted to combine the quality culture of Tri-M and its manufacturing capability with the creative culture of new product development at Newer Technology.
