by Staff
Apple has announced yet more fun and games for the hard working Mac developers who will be attending the WWDC (World Wide Development Conference) in about two weeks. The company will be holding an event they are calling the Apple Campus Beer Bash, and they are including some live music for the party. According to Apple:
If you're attending WWDC 2000 from May 15 - 19, be prepared to enjoy some topnotch, world-class entertainment during the Apple Campus Beer Bash scheduled for the evening of May 18. Apple has announced that renowned contemporary jazz band, The Rippingtons featuring Russ Freeman, will take the stage from 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM. For more information on WWDC and to register, visit the WWDC Web site.
You can find more information about the WWDC at the WWDC Web site.
The Mac Observer Spin: You know, you just can't have too much beer involved with a gathering of Mac developers, at least not in our book. No doubt our own Idiots would heartily agree. That said, this party is a nice touch by Apple and will help cap off a great week for current and potential Mac developers attending the conference. Speaking of which, with the event only two weeks away, those interested in attending should really get around to registering as soon as possible.
