Chaotic Software has just released MP3 Rage 2.1, its MP3 tools collection. Changes feature a redesigned cataloger and improved variable-bit-rate support. According to Chaotic Software:

MP3 cataloger now lets you reorder output items with a drag & drop list interface.
Improved support for variable-bit-rate (VBR) MP3 files when displaying and cataloging.
MP3 cataloger now lets you catalog just the filename or full file path.
MP3 cataloger now lets you catalog files that do not have ID3 tags.
Ragester downloads types/creators can now be specified in the preferences.
MP3 cataloger allows you to pick a destination cataloger filename with much less hassle.
