[5:50 PM] X-Day Screen Shots, Part V: Sytem Preferences
by Staff
Our Fifth batch of screen shots is the extensive set of preferences that lie in the System Preferences. This is similar to the Classic Mac's Control Panels, but they are located within a single app. These images were shot by Wincent Colaiuta, co-author of our own Hot Cocoa Mac OS X tip column and the man behind Wincent.org. If you are having trouble finding a control that you need, these screen shots should help you out.
We have broken the 49 screen shots into two sections as follows:
- Section 1: Syste, Prefs, Classic, ColorSync, Date & Time, Dock, Energy Saver, General, International, Internet
- Section 2: Keyboard, Login, Mouse, Network, QuickTime, Screen Saver, File Sharing, Software Update, Sound, Speech, Startup Disk, Users
