Both the Newer Tech and Vimage upgrade cards are almost impossible to find for the Powerbook 1400 (all resellers that I've checked are out of stock). There is hope, however.
Upgradestuff.com is considering a special build of processor cards. Interested parties can e-mail [email protected].
This will be welcome news to many 1400 owners.
