[7:00 AM] It's Time For Time Tracker To Track Your Time
by Staff

The Computing Edge has announced a new utility called Time Tracker. Time Tracker is a tool to help people who deal with clients, billable time, and invoicing. According to The Computing Edge:

The Computing Edge has released Time Tracker, a powerful and easy to use tool for tracking billable time, managing a client database, generating invoices, and keeping client-related notes. Time Tracker is available for Windows 9x and Macintosh.

Combining the features of a time clock, word processor, and relational database, Time Tracker makes it easy to manage any billable time spent on your computer. It allows you to punch in and out, just like a time clock, toward any project. Its relational database matches up clients with projects and invoices, eliminating any double-entry of data. The user is given access to the underlying data, making it easy to deal with missed punch-ins or add additional time.

When a project is complete, Time Tracker will allow you to generate an invoice for that project. If you tracked this project using Time Tracker, the invoice will be filled in automatically with your billable hours, your company's logo (which may be constructed within Time Tracker or pasted in), and your client's address. Invoices are customizable; you may add, delete, or modify any line items you wish. The final invoice may then be printed and saved.

While working, Time Tracker allows you to quickly enter notes for the client you are currently working for, which may be later retrieved under the client's name. It continuously displays the amount of time you have billed toward this job, the time you've spend so far today, or the amount of money currently billable for the current job.

Time Tracker is priced at US$15. The company offers a 30 day trial version as well. You can find more information and download links for Time Tracker at the company's web site.
