Turn Your Flash Animations Into A Mac Or PC Screensaver With One Button
MacSourcery has announced an update to their screensaver creation software called Screentime for Flash. Screentime for Flash is designed to allow users to create screensavers from their Flash animations with a single button. The new version, 1.3, adds support for Flash 4 as well as other enhancements. According to MacSourcery:

"Screensavers in less than a minute - for Mac or PC." That's the word from MacSourcery President John Pattenden when describing the benefit of the company's new Screentime for Flash 1.3 software package.

Version 1.3 converts Macromedia Flash 3 and 4 animations into screen savers at the touch of a single button. It is the simplest, easiest and quickest way to create custom screen savers using the Internet's most popular animation format.

Mr. Pattenden says Version 1.3 allows companies to create high impact screensavers that can be updated over the Internet, allowing continuous customization of a users desktop.

The new version adds support for Flash 4 and provides for faster downloads with files as small as a few hundred kilobytes. It also provides developers with the option to create expiring screen savers for demonstration purposes.

Version 1.3 also allows more flexibility in the screen saver interface and confirms MacSourcery's reputation as a market leader in innovative and easy to use screen saver creation tools.

Designed by MacSourcery, ScreenTime for Flash is a creative tool designed to turn computers into active product billboards promoting a diverse range of products and services. Live updating over the Internet and Brandcasting using continuously changing screen savers is now possible.

MacSourcery's screen saver software has proven to be a hit with blue chip companies including Walt Disney, Columbia Pictures, Levi's and PepsiCo who use screensavers to promote their products and services.

More information on Screentime for Flash can be found at the company's web site. The company offers a demo as well. Licensing starts at US$199 for a Mac or Windows version (US$298 for both) for distribution of up to 10,000 screensaver(s).
