New Web Site Documents Apple Prototypes, Mac Clones, And Other Mac Coolness
A new site called Applefritter has been launched. This new site, by Tom Owad, documents some rare aspects of the Mac world. According to Mr. Owad:

I've completed my new site, Applefritter, and thought it might be of interest to you. Applefritter documents Apple prototypes, Apple II and early Mac clones, various hacks, and the Compubrick computers.

Especially noteworthy are the Deep Dish and Cassie prototypes, the Unitron Mac clone, and the new Compubrick SE, a Mac SE in a case made of Lego bricks.

The Mac Observer Spin: This is the kind of site that we really like to see. The MAc world is full of very cool things and it is quite fun when someone like Mr. Owad pulls some of those cool things together for others to see.
