Team Mac Observer Has Now Processed Over 300 Work Units For SETI@home
Team Mac Observer has now processed over 300 work units! The Team has also signed up its 39th member making Team Mac Observer larger than several longer running SETI@home teams.

Our Team is also continuing to show off the processing power of the Mac. Team Mac Observer is averaging 21 hr. 30 min 41 sec per unit processed, far faster than the average Windows time per work unit (well over 40 hours per work unit counting all the various Windows falvors. Windows NT 5.0, still in Beta, is the fastest Windows platform at 28 hr 38 min 19.7 sec per work unit.. In fact, Team Mac Observer is also showing up faster than the average Mac processing time of 27 hr 59 min 46.4 sec per work unit! Congrats to everyone in Team Mac Observer!

We need your help still though! Team Mac Observer has made a lot of progress in getting into the Top 100 SETI@home club teams, but we need a lot more members to put us to the top! Help us show the world that the Mac platform can kick the pants out of Windows!
