Free Tech Support: No Wonder! Looking For More Questions
Scott Williams from No Wonder! sent us a note saying that they need more questions and problems directed their way! No Wonder! is a web site offering free technical support for your Mac questions. It seems that their volunteers need more questions because they have too much time on their hands! According to Mr. Williams:

Can you tell your readers that No Wonder! is answering Tech Support questions for Mac Users in 30 mins - 6 hours... a far cry from our 24 hour advertised response time.

We need more questions! :) Bring it on. :) Our volunteers are begging me for more questions.

So head over to No Wonder! and ask away.

The Mac Observer Spin: There is more here than meets the eye. As your questions get answered, they get entered into a database and that database can be perused! The No Wonder! team assembled by Mr. Williams and the rest of the No Wonder! staff is talented and ready to help. If your question is not already answered in the database, just ask and they will get you an answer. All for free. Gotta like it.

No Wonder!
