This week in the context machine, a special guest joins Jeff and Bryan to discuss Apple's relationship with customers.

As always I enjoyed your podcast, and while I disagree with much of the recent criticism about Apple, the bricking, etc., much is subjective, but you guys and your guest neglected to consider something that is monumentally important.

Should the 99% of all iPhone owners, who understood the licensing and usage agreements and see the iPhone simply as what it is - an incredible cell phone that does a lot more, and will certainly do even more in the future - be denied this update and added functionality in order to accommodate a tiny minority who violated the agreements? Or even have to wait while hackers are accommodated? I don't care how eloquent and well thought out the arguments you presented are, I seriously can't see the "legal" and more patient majority be inconvenienced in any way whatsoever because some people need instant gratification like a bunch of spoiled brats.

Just my two cents.
