Even though Apple's iPhone complies with European hazardous chemical regulations, Greenpeace thinks it's still a toxic handful, and now a California group is ready to sue the Cupertino company over the findings. Apple CEO Steve Jobs said the iPhone and iPod touch will be open to third party developers come February, iTunes Plus tracks saw a nice price cut, and the Leopard count down begins.
The Apple Weekly Report will be included in TMO's main RSS feed, and also in its own feed if you'd like to add it directly to your podcatching client.

Gentlemen:
I tried to listen to the podcast, but your audio was not synchronized and the two of you were constantly talking over each other. I made for a very fatiguing listening experience that lasted for me less than two minutes. When the repaired podcast is posted, please let us know.
For the record: I download the podcast directly from the podcast link using Juice as my aggregator.
How ironic that a company based in Amsterdam, where it is legal to sell human bodies and widely considered illegal and harmful - unregulated drugs, would object to the sale of a product in the US because it contains less than 1% PVC. Talking about fighting the wrong fight. Start in Amsterdam and go from there.
I think Bryan's sarcastic tone when reading news he doesn't approve of should be avoided. If you don't think something should be taken seriously, don't include it at all. If it's big enough to be included, give it some respect in the news section, then rip into it in the context machine if necessary.

A little learning, coupled with two comparisons which are irrelevant, is a dangerous thing…
Greenpeace is not a company. It's an organisation.
Legal to sell human bodies - why is that relevant to potential problems in phones?
"Widely considered illegal and harmful/unregulated drugs" - you're an idiot. I presume you're talking about marijuana; "widely considered illegal" - something is either illegal or it is not - whether it is considered illegal doesn't make sense. It is illegal in the US. It is not completely illegal in the Netherland. As for its being unregulated in the Netherlands (don't forget - Amsterdam is not a country, it's the capital), it is not.
Sheesh!
