Apple's lawsuit standing was mixed this week: One case against the company was dismissed, but two more were filed. Mac OS X is selling well in Japan and the iPhone is selling well in the U.K., most everything with an Apple logo on it was updated, Google unleashed Android, and Apple's new ads take a few shots at Windows Vista.

The Apple Weekly Report will be included in TMO's main RSS feed, and also in its own feed if you'd like to add it directly to your podcatching client.

Hey guys. Just wanted to drop you a line and say GREAT show and I listen every week. I know you mentioned that you were having sound problems and you thought you had them fixed......but.....Bryan sounded like he was talking into a pillow using the Garageband software on the latest podcast.

Thanks for the efforts put into the show.
