Apple scratched one lawsuit off its list this week and put smiles on the faces of AirPort Extreme owners. Adobe offered some clarification on its iPhone Flash plans, Sony is considering an iPod-compatible music subscription service, Microsoft still has its sights on Yahoo, and a new Apple documentary is coming to the Wisconsin Film Festival. "Microsoft still has its sites on Yahoo"

M$ hosts all its stuff on Yahoo??? purchasing it makes sense now.

Now if it had its 'sights' now Yahoo, then maybe it might make progress in the purchase...
