The iMac broke the 3GHz barrier, and Apple's lawsuit train picked up another passenger. This time the suit is over iPod flash memory interfacing. Adobe killed GoLive, Tennessee is considering a digital download tax, the iTunes Store turned five, and AT&T may lower iPhone pricing. Ricky Spero makes a special guest appearance, and this week's Quick Tip: Locating login items.
