Apple gave iPhone owners an early holiday present this week with iPhone Software 2.2, and the courts gave Apple its own holiday gift when it kicked Psystar in the pants and made the obvious ruling that Apple isn't a monopoly. Apple's new laptops include built-in copy protection, Intel plans to release new quad-core chips for the iMac, and one man learns the hard way to cover his iPhone tracks.

Observer Comments
Tell me again how morally wrong the DRM people are for telling you what hardware you can run their software on, when you've paid full price for it.
Then explain to me why Apple is perfectly justified to dictate what hardware your purchased copy of OS X can run on. Apple opened the door by going (quite a long way) out of their way to build PC compatibles and selling them with OS X on them!
I guess I shouldn't have expected any better from the kind of people who call others douche bags.
