AAPL Closes at New High: 156.339

Apple stock continued its upward climb on Monday to close at a new high of US$156.339. The company's stock was on the rise last week, too, when it managed to break its own closing record high several times.

The company's 52 week range has been as low as $72.60, and as high as $157.41. Apple's market cap is currently set at $135.96 billion. In comparison, Dell -- considered to be the number one PC maker -- has a market cap at $62.5 billion.

Apple is currently trading in the pre-market at $156.95, up 0.611 (0.39%).
