Some time this week, the 17-inch model quietly disappeared, leaving behind itis larger brother. Shipping time for the 20-inch iMac still shows as 24 hours, and the price remains at the recently reduced US$1,499. The lack of the 17-inch G5 model indicates that Apple has depleted itis remaining inventory, and the 20-inch model is likely to follow suit soon.
