Check the Agile Web Solutions Support Forums before you update as there are a lot of reported issues.

I had to revert to the previous version on my iPhone 3G as DropBox syncing just would not work properly.  Waiting for the next 1PW iPhone update might not be a bad idea.

Of course DropBox syncing won’t work properly on your iPhone 3G. Your iPhone does not support multitasking. This feature may never work on an iPhone 3G.

There’s no mention anywhere that multitasking is a requirement for syncing with DropBox.

This version of 1Password Pro for iPhone has issues.  If history is any indicator, Agile will have it fixed quickly.
