8 Special Events Planned For This Year’s WWDC

· by · News

The World Wide Developer Conference (WWDC) is fast approaching, and Apple is intent on getting straggling developers to register for the Conference. The ever-expanding WWDC Web site has most recently been updated with a listing of all the special events taking place during the conference.

Those events include: WWDC Keynote, Apple Developer Connection Reception, Meet the Evangelists, Apple Design Awards and QuickTime Design Awards, Stump the Experts, Movie Night, Campus Bash, and the FireWire, USB, and Bluetooth Plug and Unplug Fest. The page itself has details on each event.

The WWDC is Appleis annual gathering of developers, and the company intends to show developers the next major release of Mac OS X, code named Panther. You can find more information on the Conference, including the new Special Events Web page, at the WWDC Web site.
