ABF Select Beta Release Features OS X Support

PUBLICSPACE.NET has released a beta version of A Better Finder Select, bringing it to version 3.0b1. A Better Finder Select is a contextual menu plug-in for the Mac Finder which allows users the ability to filtyer file selections. The beta version features OS X support and other enhancements. According to PUBLICSPACE.NET:

PUBLICSPACE.NET is pleased to announce version 3.0 beta 1 of its "A Better Finder Select" Macintosh Finder enhancement.

A Better Finder Select is a contextual menu plugin for the Macintosh Finder that allows power users to filter file selections based on a range of criteria.

This is the first version of the popular Finder file filtering utility for Mac OS X. The product has been rewritten from scratch to take full advantage of Mac OS Xis powerful Cocoa programming interface.

This first version already includes wildcard and regular expression file name matching, invocation via Finder contextual menu or drag & drop, persistent settings, etc.
