Abracode has released an update for MailTemplate and EntourageTemplate, bringing them to versions 1.2. The apps are email utilites designed for creating templates for multiple recipients. The update features minor enhancements and template mods. According to Abracode:
MailTemplate is a new Mac OS X software for creating e-mail messages with templates.
It is a solution to a problem of sending similar messages to different people. It is NOT a bulk mail software, it helps composing messages to individual recipients.
MailTemplate and EntourageTemplate offer an easy solution: create your templates once and use them in your new messages or responses. It can save you a lot of typing and a lot of time.
Whatis new in version 1.2:
- The first version of EntourageTemplate (available as a separate download package). The feature set corresponds to MailTemplate
- Interface lifting for the TemplateEditor
- Added a duplicate button in editor for easier template creation based on previous work
- Newly created templates have the "use for replies" checkbox set as default since this option is used most often and it is easy to forget about setting it
