AccountEdge 2007 Adds Intel Mac Support

· by · News

MYOB introduced MYOB AccountEdge 2007 on Tuesday. The new version of the business accounting and management application is Universal Binary, allowing it to run natively on PowerPC and Intel-based Macs. It also syncs contacts with Address Book, adds an Undo Bank Reconciliation feature, lets you change sales and quote orders to purchase orders, includes new OfficeLink templates, improves data importing, and more.

AccountEdge 2007 Network Edition is still a PowerPC-only application. The update for the Universal Binary version will be free once it is available.

AccountEdge is priced at US$299 for a single-user license, and $149 for additional licenses. Single-user upgrades cost $159. It is available for pre-order now, and will ship in December.
