American Recorder Technologies Previews pHub-100 USB Adapter

ONTARIO, CA -- American Recorder Technologies was previewing the pHub-100, a device which allows one to connect a variety of analog audio devices to any computer via USB.

The pHub-100 provides a variety of inputs and outputs which should serve the needs for just about any podcasting or computer application. The inputs provided are microphone, instrument, line level and phono level. The outputs provided are USB, line level and pre amp (USB).


pHub-100 Prototype

The pHub-100 provides phantom power for condenser mics, and offers selectable compression levels of 2:1, 4:1 and 8:1. Thereis both an input level control, as well as a headphone level control. There are also LED level readouts, to make sure that your levels are just right. The device is compact, measuring 9" x 6" x 1.5".

The pHub-100 is prices at $199.95, and will be available in 2008.
