Apimac Slide Show 6.4 Adds Tiger Support, New Features

Apimac has released Apimac Slide Show 6.4, an update to its slideshow and presentation tool that includes compatibility with Mac OS X v10.4 "Tiger" as well as several new features, including the ability to show image metadata next to the file name during presentations. This update, which is free for registered users, also includes a new Info button in the Choose Files panel for viewing the Image, EXIF, IPTC and ICC metadata of the selected image. In addition, the Standard edition of the software can now create stand-alone presentations for use on Macs.

The Professional version can create stand-alone presentations that also work on Windows computers, with no royalty fees. Those presentations can run on Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000 or Windows XP computers with QuickTime 5.0.2 or higher installed. The Standard edition can only export stand-along presentations that run on Macs.

Pricing is US$29.95 for the Standard version or $49.95 for the Professional edition, with a $24.95 upgrade from Standard to Professional. Site licenses that allow the software to be used on up to five computers cost $59.95 and $79.95, respectively, with $29.95 upgrades from Standard to Professional.
