Apple has taken the opportunity to add lots of refurb items to the Apple Store today. The company is offering 10, 20, 30, and 40 GB iPods starting at US$169, 12" and 14" iBooks, two 15" PowerBook models, two 17" PowerBook models, two 12" PowerBook models, a couple of iMac G4 models, and some AirPort Extreme products. We should note that these items tend to sell out fast whenever we announce them.

You can find the refurb items by visiting Appleis Hot Deals page for the Apple Store, and clicking on the "Special Deals" link.

Apple has updated the Hot Deals page for MacWarehouse, MacZone, and CompUSA at the Macintosh Product Guide. The Mac Product Guide is a list of Mac compatible hardware and software products on the market. The Hot Deals section of the Product Guide features several Mac retailers and special offers that one can only get, at least in theory, at the Hot Deals page.

The new MacWarehouse Hot Deals page has offers on iPod accessories, a FireWire port, a Palm device, an MP3/WMA player, an ATI video card, RAM, a scanner, external storage, a display, a printer, and more. You can find the MacWarehouse Hot Deals page at Appleis Web site.

The new MacZone Hot Deals page has offers on a Wacom tablet, software, a USB to Serial adapter, a camera, a printer, a Mac game, a power adapter, and a projector. You can find the MacZone Hot Deals page at Appleis Web site.

The new CompUSA Hot Deals page has offers on four displays, two Zip drive, software, two printers, two scanners, a clip art package, and several software titles. You can find the CompUSA Hot Deals page at Appleis Web site.
