Apple CFO Fred Anderson Joins E.piphany Board Of Directors

E.piphany Inc., a software company out of San Mateo, California has gained a new member on its board of directors. According to an article in the San Francisco Business Times, the new member is none other than Apple CFO Fred Anderson. Leaving E.piphanyis board are Jenny Ming of Old Navy and Sam Lee of Technology Ventures.

Fred Anderson also serves on the board of Crystal Decisions, an enterprise software developer, a post announced in October of 2002. Like Crystal Decisions, E.piphany does not appear to offer any Macintosh products at this time, and is also an enterprise-oriented software developer. From the San Francisco Business Times:

Software company E.piphany Inc. said Friday that Fred Anderson, Apple Computer executive vice president and chief financial officer, will join E.piphanyis board of directors, pending his election at the companyis annual meeting on May 30.
