Apple Expands Middle Eastern Presence

Apple recently worked with its regional marketing partner, Arab Business Machines, to open Apple Centre stores in Egypt, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Kuwait. According to an article on the ITP Web site, Appleis Macintosh market share in the Middle East is around 35%.

The article also noted that the UAE store in Abu Dhabi is the second to open in the country this year, while the Egyptian store is the first of its kind in that nation. Kuwait now has three Apple Centre stores, and the newest one is supposedly the largest of the chain in the Middle East.
