Apple Hot Deals Update: 35 Refurb Offers, Amazon Update

A pple has updated the Hot Deals page for Amazon and the Apple Store itself at the Macintosh Product Guide. The Mac Product Guide is a list of Mac compatible hardware and software products on the market. The Hot Deals section of the Product Guide features several Mac retailers and special offers that one can only get, at least in theory, at the Hot Deals page.

First up is the Apple Storeis Hot Deals page. Apple has updated the "Special Deals" link that takes you directly to the refurbished Apple hardware offered at the Apple Store. The company currently has some 35 different products being offered, including "new and unopened" models of iBooks, PowerBooks, iPods, iPod accessories, and DVD-R media. These products are usually dealer returns, and almost always previous generation models. Check to make sure youire getting what you want.

The rest of the many products are refurbished eMacs, PowerBooks, Power Macs, iMacs, displays, iPods, and AirPort cards and base stations. Note that the refurb and other Special Deals offers are dynamic, and subject to rapid change according to availability. You can find the Apple Store Hot Deals page at Appleis Web site.

The Amazon Hot Deals page was also updated, and it has offers on Unreal Tournament 2004, secure digital cards (memory cards), music players, USB 2.0 pen drives, a printer, several software titles (including Office 2004 pre-orders), several more games, and an LCD display. You can find the Amazon Hot Deals page at Appleis Web site.
