Apple Officially Announces Q2 Conference Call Webcast

As we mentioned this morning, Apple has officially announced its fiscal Q2 conference call today, including Webcast information. Apple will be announcing its Q2 results this Wednesday at 5:30 EDT (2:30 PDT), and the event will be Webcast from Appleis QTV site. From Apple:

WHERE: Via conference call.

WHEN: Wednesday, April 17, 2002, 2:30 p.m. (PDT)/5:30 p.m. (EDT)

REBROADCAST: The conference call will be available as a continuous rebroadcast beginning Wednesday, April 17, 5:30 p.m. (PDT)/8:30 p.m. (EDT) through Wednesday, April 24, 5 p.m. (PDT)/8 p.m. (EDT). The dial-in number for the rebroadcast is (719) 457-0820. Please enter confirmation code: 695190.

WEBCAST: Apple will provide live audio streaming of its FY 02 Second Quarter Results Conference Call utilizing Appleis popular QuickTime® 5, the industry-leading multimedia software for live and on-demand audio and video streaming. The live audio Webcast will be accessible through Appleis web site at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/qtv/earningsq202/. Viewers simply need to download a copy of QuickTime 5 in advance from www.apple.com/quicktime to listen to the conference call.

The Mac Observer will be offering live coverage of the event barring any unexpected technical problems.
