Apple Plans Third Manhattan Store

· by · News

Apple has swung a deal to build a third retail store in New York City. According to Reuters, the store will be in the SL Green building on West 34th Street.

The deal calls for the store to be somewhere between 50 and 75 feet by 100 feet in size, but other architectural details have not been revealed. Andrew Mathias, SL Greenis chief investment officer, commented "The team had to negotiate more than six separate transactions and explore the outer reaches of the New York City building code with help of several consultants."

There is no word yet on when to expect the store to open.
