Apple Releases MobileMe 1.1 for Leopard

Apple quietly released MobileMe 1.1 for Mac OS X 10.5.4 Saturday evening. The Preference Pane update improves MobileMe and Leopard compatibility, but strays from Appleis standard update process and does not use the Software Update application.

Goodbye .Mac, hello MobileMe 1.1

To install MobileMe 1.1, which changes the .Mac Preference Pane to the MobileMe Preference Pane, launch System Preferences and select .Mac. Mac OS X should automatically update the Preference Pane.

MobileMe 1.1 is a free update and requires Mac OS X 10.5.4.
