Apple System Shootouts Updated With New iBooks, More

Charles Gaba of System Shootouts has published a new round of shootouts that reflect Appleis new iBook line. The System Shootouts compare systems from Apple and PC vendors at the same price point, allowing potential buyers to see exactly how each system compares in features, performance, components, etc.

Mr. Gaba has published a new US$1,000 shootout, a US$1,300 shootouts that feature the new iBooks Apple announced this earlier on Thursday. In addition, he has updated the full Apple portable comparison, and published a 12" iBook vs. 12" PowerBook shootout, and a new educational laptop shootout.
