Apple Traffic Strong As The Holidays Approach

Appl e remained in the top four in the PC Datais Top 10 rankings this week on continued strong traffic. Apple drew well over one million unique visitors, as traffic to all of the major hardware sites was up last week. As the peak holiday rush is upon us, each of the top five sites drew over one million visitors. Compaq remained a strong number one with over 1.5 million visitors, while HP, Gateway, and Dell also topped the one million mark. Other hardware mainstays, IBM and Intel, also cracked the Top 10. Dominant resellers Outspost and Egghead were bested by upstart ETracks, as traffic to shopping sites is expected to rise over the next few weeks.
