Apple Updates Safari for Tiger & Panther

Apple Computer released updates Monday for Safari in both Panther and Tiger. The company released version 2.0.1 for Tiger and version 1.3.1 for Panther. Both updates have minimalist notes that say simply the update "improves website compatibility, application stability and support for 3rd party web applications."

You can download the update through Software Update, or download them directly from the Apple Downloads page.

Safari Update 1.3.1 is a 3.8 megabyte download. Safari Update 2.0.1 is 4.5 MB.
