< A href="http://www.apple.com">Apple Computeris quarterly financial conference call with analysts will be Webcast. The company posted a Webcast page on its Web site for the event, as noted by Macworld UK, which will take place at 2:00 PM PDT on Wednesday, April 13th, 2005.
The Webcast will be available to anyone, and is part of Appleis efforts to implement SEC rules requiring that information available to analysts also be available to the public.
Apple will also be holding its annual shareholder meeting in April. The event takes place on April 21st, in Appleis corporate headquarters in Cupertino, CA. The meeting is open to shareholders of record as of March 1st, 2005, and this yearis agenda is rather mundane, consisting of employee stock option plans, the election of the companyis board of directors, the annual appointment of an indpendent auditor, etc.
