Apple’s Stock Falls, Ratings Climb

As Appleis stock continues to drop, their ratings in the PC Data Top 10 Rankings is at the highest point in weeks. Drawing over 1.3 million unique visitors, Apple moved into second place behind Compaq. With the amount of national attention surrounding the Cupertino computer maker, concerning the release of OS X Beta and the recent stock woes, interest in Apple wrose last week. The rest of the Top 10 contained the usual suspects, including hardware makers HP, Dell, Gateway, IBM, Intel, and the lone newcomver to this weekis ratings, Sun. Computer resellers were represented by Egghead and Outpost, both firmly entrenched in the weekly Top 10 Ratings.
